The top care homes in the UK have been revealed by leading care home reviews website carehome.co.uk.

The annual Care Home Awards 2023 recognise 20 of the top rated care homes in each region of the UK based on reviews from residents/service users and their family/friends.

Additionally, the awards recognise the top 20 care home groups in the three categories of large, mid-size and small providers.

Out of 17,000 homes in the UK, the top 20 in each region have been selected based on 93,500 reviews written by residents experiencing the care and their friends and relatives in the past year.

The Top 20 awards take into consideration a wide range of criteria, including the care homes’ overall standard and facilities, quality of care and support, value for money, standard of food, staff, activities, and whether residents are treated with dignity and respect.
