Digital care tech platform secures £250k growth funding
Motion, a care tech platform, has secured £250,000 of funding to accelerate its expansion across UK care homes.
The platform already supports 3,000 residents and is aimed towards reducing administrative burden and enhancing family communication and transparency by generating messages which “go beyond basic care notes”. The funders are sector-experienced angel investors alongside Innovate UK, which has provided a partnership grant.
The funding will support product development focused on integration with existing care management systems, enhanced analytics for care planning and an expansion of the sales and marketing team.
Motion was founded by Zeezy Isenman, who at the time was volunteering at care homes during his studies at the University of Sheffield.
