Consensus Support appoints Reeve as MD
Adult social care services provider Consensus Support has appointed Emma Reeve as managing director.
Reeve was previously director of operational excellence at Achieve together and prior to that director of operations covering the east of the country. Before that she was head of care and support for the Metropolitan charity organisation.
Reeve said: “All social care providers have experienced a challenging few years due to the pandemic and the ongoing staffing challenges, so it is truly fantastic to be part of an organisation that has successfully restructured their operations and way of working to put the people they support and their teams at the heart of all they do. In the short time that I’ve been with Consensus I’ve been overwhelmed by the care and dedication shown by the teams I’ve met and outstanding care I’ve seen. I’m very excited for the future.
Consensus chief executive Paula Keys commented: “[Reeve’s] skills as an experienced senior operator and her dedication to helping the people we support live their lives to the full strengthens our team further and supports our ambition to make a positive impact on the lives of people with complex needs.”
Carter Schwartz’s head of practice Linda Stock advised on the appointment.
