Bidfood retains royal warrant

Bidfood, a UK food wholesaler, has been awarded the Royal Warrant of Appointment as the purveyors of grocery, provision products, and frozen foods.

Since the 15th century Royal Warrants have been issued to businesses supplying goods or services to the royal household. Bidfood is one of 400 companies which have been appointed the honour by the King. The company has now held the warrant – a mark of high quality, excellent service, and craftsmanship – for over 25 years.

Andrew Kemp, BFS executive Director and grantee of the Royal Warrant said: “It is an absolute honour and a privilege to remain a holder of the Royal Warrant, and I am delighted that His Majesty, King Charles III, has granted us this great accolade.

“Having just achieved 25 years trading as Bidfood, we see this as a testament of our dedication to delivering service excellence at the core of our business and are proud in the continuance of our service to the Royal Household as we have done since the year 2000.”

Bidfood supplies to over 40,000 customers, including care home residents.
