Accomplish Group has acquired Cardiff-headquartered Recovery Care, which provides specialist supported living services to vulnerable adults with complex mental ill-health, learning disability or substance misuse.

Recovery Care was founded in 2012 by Andrea Williams and Conor Rooney, who built it up to provide support for 70 service users across its portfolio of 13 care homes.

Accomplish Group delivers specialist support to more than 1,000 people across England and Wales, providing a complete care pathway from residential care to supported living in the community. The company is a specialist provider for individuals with autism, brain injuries, mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Recovery Care was advised by Lexington Corporate Finance. This is the third recent transaction that Lexington has completed in the specialised care sector, following the sales of New Bridges to Accomplish and Montana Healthcare to Achieve together.
