Woodgate Healthcare sells two Home Counties care homes
Anchorstone Care Home in Farnham, Surrey, and Village Green Care Home in Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire, have been sold by Woodgate Healthcare.
Anchorstone Care Home has been sold to a Surrey multi-operator while Village Green Care Home has been bought by Pressbeau.
Anchorstone Care Home comprises two large detached residential properties that have been linked and converted to create one large home. Village Green Care Home was originally a Victorian School that has been extended over several years to provide mainly purpose-built accommodation.
“It was an absolute honour to be instructed to sell Anchorstone and Village Green Care Homes on behalf of Woodgate Healthcare,” said Walton HPC director Paul Burford who handled both sales. “Upon receiving instructions, a short, sharp marketing campaign was conducted for both homes and the sales went through to completion without any fuss or destabilisation of the businesses.”
“We have known Paul Burford for many years, having purchased several homes from him in the past,” said Woodgate Healthcare director Aman Badiani. “It was, therefore, an easy choice of agent to use for these highly confidential disposals. I would recommend anybody thinking of selling their care business to contact Walton HPC where they will be assured of excellent and professional service.”
