We Care Group launches staff bonus scheme
Care provider We Care Group has launched a £1 million-plus annual bonus programme to reward staff and enhance employee wellbeing.
Staff bonuses are scheduled to be paid every three months, and the annual bonus amount is set to exceed £1,000,000 in the first 12 months.
The programme is part of We Care Group‘s broader commitment to enhancing employee wellbeing and satisfaction. The group, which runs 35 homes in the north of England, is already a Real Living Wage Employer. The bonus programme aims to recognise the contributions of all staff including caregivers, nurses, and support teams.
