Trinity Homecare acquires Premier Homecare
Limerston Capital’s portfolio company Trinity Homecare Holdings has acquired Bristol-based Premier Homecare which provides domiciliary and live-in care services in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and neighbouring regions.
Trinity Homecare is a private pay home care business providing long-term live-in care and hourly domiciliary care.
This is Premier Homecare’s sixth acquisition, following the recent additions of Berkley Home Health and Everycare.
