TLC Care has hosted its inaugural TLC Care Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off Competition across its nine homes.

Team members from each home showcased their culinary talents in a competition that celebrated their creativity and raised funds for Cancer Research UK.

Residents and team members acted as judges for the first round of the competition, with champions from each home going forward to the grand final, held at Candlewood House Care Home in Cricklewood, North London

Guests included representatives from Age UK, Cancer Research UK, TLC Care suppliers, Barnet TV and the local council. Deputy Mayor Councillor Tony Vourou and Deputy Mayoress Caroline Vourou were given a tour of the home. The final saw the star bakers creating cakes while residents and guests enjoyed live music.
