Sanctuary Care recognised for strong staff support

Care provider Sanctuary Care has been recognised for its outstanding employee support by achieving Investors in People Strong Gold status.

Investors in People is an internationally recognised mark of good practice focused on how organisations care for their employees, recognise their contributions and nurture their abilities and skills.  

Organisations are assessed against 27 criteria to achieve a silver, gold or platinum award.  Sanctuary Care was found to performing at platinum level for 11 of the 27 areas, leading to Strong Gold status.

The Investors in People report described Sanctuary Care’s leadership as “inspirational and enabling”. It also highlighted the company’s career progression opportunities, wide range of staff benefits and wellbeing support.
