Salutem Care and Education has become one of the first social care operators to launch a management graduate scheme.

The scheme offers recent graduates the opportunity to spend time with strategic management teams, gaining insights into the challenges and goals that drive Salutem forward.

The 18-month scheme also provides mentorship with a member of the executive team and a comprehensive training programme.
