Right at Home UK receives prestigious Princess Royal Training Award
Right at Home UK’s Train the Trainer programme has been honoured with a prestigious Princess Royal Training Award.
The home care franchise is one of just 53 organisations in the country to receive the accolade, which celebrates organisations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to skills development and made a positive impact through their training initiatives.
Lucy Campbell, chief executive of Right at Home UK, said: “We are honoured to receive the Princess Royal Training Award for our Train the Trainer programme.
“As a hallmark for training excellence, this not only underlines our organisation’s ardent focus on quality at every level, it highlights the importance we put on ensuring that our CareGivers are afforded a training programme which equips them to be their very best, whilst enhancing the overall care experience for our clients.”
The programme is designed to train managers, senior CareGivers and trainers with the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise to provide high-quality training to CareGivers within their local offices.
In its most recent independent CareGiver survey, Right at Home UK found 97% of the 1,701 surveyed agreed they have access to the training they need to do their job well. Nearly all (95%) said they would rate the initial training as “good” or “excellent”.
