Princedale Care Group has acquired Greenhill Park Residential Care Home in Evesham, Worcestershire, which is registered for 34 service users.

Set in grounds of around one and a half acres, Greenhill Park is a Victorian residence which has been converted and extended to provide care.

The business has been owned by Maria Baylis and Michael Cole since 2005 and has a registered manager and a high proportion of privately funded clients.

We will continue to work with the existing team to ensure that the same level of care continues, bring on board new technology systems, as well as ensuring that the premises are continually well-maintained to very high standards.”

Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale of Greenhill Park Residential Care Home for an undisclosed price.
