New start for Hull care business as owners retire
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of Westfield Care Home in Willerby on the outskirts of Hull.
Westfield is a long-established ‘Good’ rated care home that provides care for up to 23 residents.
Originally acquired through Christie & Co in 2003, the home has been run for the last 21 years by Pete and Heather Donnelly who were looking to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Wickens at Christie & Co, it has been sold to IH and KF Limited, a new entrant to the care sector.
Pete and Heather Donnelley, former owners of Westfield Care Home, said: “We wish the new owners Mr and Mrs Haroon well and we know they will enjoy as we have, being in a very unique atmosphere created by the love and devotion of the families, managers and staff within a very caring home.”

Westfield Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
