New leadership at Anavo
UK care home operator Anavo Group has appointed two new senior leaders to its team.
Christine Valentine-Bunce, Anavo’s new head of commissioning, will oversee the Group’s growing pipeline of new care homes.
Valentine-Bunce has worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years. She trained as a clinical psychologist in the US and has worked in the NHS and the private sector before switching her path to senior care after her experiences with the Elders in Ethiopia.
Valentine-Bunce said: “The Group has an ambitious growth plan and an innovative vision to create environments that reflect meaningful purpose and care delivered by a specialist team.It is an honour to be joining an organisation with an innovative and unique vision to do things differently.”
Anavo has also appointed Corinne Reid as its new regional operations and quality support manager.
Reid is a qualified nurse with extensive experience working in the NHS and care homes and has held senior positions in the care sector for the past 15 years.
