Portunus Associates has appointed Nick Broadbent as a consultant in his first role since retiring as development director at LNT Care Developments.

Over his 17 years at LNT, Nick helped the company become the largest developer of high-quality, future-proofed care homes in the UK, recently completing its 250th care home.

Broadbent is a well-known and highly-regarded figure in the elderly care industry and brings valuable insights into both the healthcare development and operator markets from a principal’s perspective, which will enhance Portunus’ bespoke focused services to clients.
