Homes Together announces leadership change
Care provider for disabled people Homes Together has appointed a new chief executive as part of an overall restructuring of the organisation.
David Ashton-Jones, previously Homes Together managing director, has been appointed chief executive. In his new role Ashton-Jones will supervise all divisions and operations and co-ordinate growth within the entire organisation.
“This is an organisation that means a lot to me and I look forward to helping drive exceptional residential care for disabled young adults across our 13 different services in both Harrogate District and Gateshead,” said Ashton-Jones.
“As chief executive, my focus will be on creating unity and cohesion, streamlining operations and working closely with our commercial director to grow the company in a sustainable way, so we can continue to serve more individuals who need our support.”
Homes Together is also hiring a HR manager to tackle recruitment challenges, and plans significant investment in training, technology, facilities and infrastructure and community engagement and partnerships.
