The CQC report found that “staff and managers had a culture of focusing on people’s social and emotional needs as well as supporting their physical healthcare.” It also reported that “Staff and managers spent time getting to know people’s background and history to enable them to individually tailor people’s support to enable people to participate in activities meaningful to them.”

Susan Robinson, owner of Home Instead Salford & Worsley, said: “When I established the company eight years ago, it was my deepest wish to give older people the chance to stay living at home if the time comes when they need care. It’s so heartwarming to know that my team has given older people in the community the chance to live the life they want at home.”
