Award winning care provider Excelcare has announced a new organisational structure to reflect its family values.

The new organisational structure shown in the graphic above shows how members of the Excelcare family work together to ensure the company values are adhered to, while ensuring residents’ needs remain at the centre of everyone’s focus.

The changes to Excelcare’s family structure incorporate a focus on partnership working with Integrated Care Boards, including all local authority and health partners, and will help ensure care home, regional and central support office teams work in collaboration to ensure residents receive the very best that life can offer.

Changes in personnel have been made to support the shifting landscape of care home leadership and regulation.

Sadie Munro has been promoted to the role of director of sales, marketing, engagement & wellbeing, while some other title changes are being updated to reflect the group’s family values and adapt to recent changes from the Care Quality Commission.

“I am so proud to be part of a company that feels like home,” shared Munro, “and after experiencing the Excelcare’s family values during my six years here, it’s wonderful to see how this feeling is being represented as part of our structure.”

Sam Manning, chief operating officer at Excelcare, said: “This new structure will ensure we continue working as a family to deliver the best care to each and every person that live in our homes, whilst encouraging a collaborative and supportive approach to everything we do.”
