Eleanor Healthcare Group has acquired the Close Care Home, a single-home within reach of Oxford.

Eleanor offers a range of services including nine care homes and home care.

The Close was owned by Sanjay Dhrona and family who delivered back-to-back Outstanding CQC ratings for the group.

Bevan Brittan performed legal duties on the sell-side.

Dhrona will continue to work alongside the group’s leadership team.
