The former Highfield Residential Home in Marlborough, Wiltshire has been put up for sale for £1.5 million for the freehold.

The home’s owners ran the business until it ceased trading in September this year. The home is being sold as the owners want concentrate on other business interests.

Highfield was formerly registered for 26 service users and comprises 24 bedrooms, 21 of which have en suite facilities, with residents’ accommodation over the ground, first and second floors.
