Care home developer and operator Cinnamon Care Collection has taken a £13.5m loan to refinance Oakley Grange care home in Warwick.

Oakley Grange has 66 fully furnished en-suite rooms with level-access wet rooms and five deluxe care suites. Cinnamon has a portfolio of 23 sites with another home under development.

The lender was Leumi UK, a real estate lender. The operators and lenders have an existing relationship, with Leumi having provided £56m worth of funds across 351 registered beds.
