Lovett Care is offering £1,000 to care assistants and senior care assistants to join the workforce at any of its homes in England and Wales.

Candidates can either be experienced care assistants or senior care assistants, or people looking to start a career in care with a helping hand from the experienced team at Lovett Care. In either case a golden hello of a grand will be delivered to successful candidates’ bank accounts.

Lovett said it is looking for kind-hearted and dedicated people to care for a range of residents who require either nursing care, dementia care, respite care, or support and encouragement with the activities of daily living – meaning that the right candidates will need to be caring and resilient, but also completely adaptable.
