Boutique Care Homes has announced the acquisition of its fourth care home site in Kent.

The 3.5 acre site in Deal is Boutique Care Homes’ seventh addition to its portfolio in the last 12 months.

Ameet Kotecha, founder and managing director of Boutique Care Homes, said: “We are absolutely delighted about the acquisition of this site in Deal. It’s a wonderful opportunity to bring our exceptional care services to this vibrant community. Our commitment to creating vibrant, empowering communities for our residents continues to drive our expansion in Kent.”

The 78 en-suite bed care home will have access to a range of facilities, including a hobby room, a bistro, a family lounge and other homely amenities designed to enrich their lives.

Residents will have access to a nature walk through neighbouring woods and a lawn bowling green.

The site will create over 80 full-time positions and will also include nine separate bungalows designed for the specific housing needs of the area as well as complementing the care home while supporting the local community.

The acquisition follows Boutique Care Homes recent expansion into Burgess Hill, Hythe, Tadley, Maidenhead, Reading and Canterbury as it enhances its footprint in the Southeast.
