Black Swan Care Group is working with Norfolk-based organisation Menopause Support to mark World Menopause Day, which takes place on 18 October.

The East Anglia care provider is supporting staff with access to information and guidance from Menopause Support, founders of the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.

Black Swan Care Group regional manager Ria Odgers is the company’s Menopause Champion. “The figures speak for themselves, menopause directly affects so many women,” she said. “As a care provider, we care deeply about our residents and this extends to supporting our staff as well. We’re supporting our staff with access to information, guidance and support from Menopause Support and as our Menopause Champion, I’m always available for a confidential chat.”
