Aspire LPP has sold a delivered care development site with planning consent for a 66-bedroom care home to a national care operator.

This state-of-the-art care home will be situated in a roadside location less than 300 metres from the Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital in Margate, Kent.

A balcony terrace provides open views of the surrounding scenery and the secure landscaped gardens which surround the care home. There are also communal areas for residents with all-weather paths, trees, and new planting to encourage birds and wildlife.
