Achieve Together acquires 18 homes from Outcomes First
Specialist support service Achieve Together has acquired 18 adult residential homes from Outcomes First Group.
The combined portfolio was considered “a good geographical fit” for Achieve Together and it is hoped that the combination will strengthen local support options for autistic people. The integration will take place over a number of months to ensure stability.
Zak Houlahan, Chief Executive Officer for Achieve together, said: “This acquisition is a perfect alignment of expertise, values, and commitment to delivering outstanding support for people with complex needs. By coming together, we are ensuring that even more people have access to high-quality, person-centred support that enables them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.”
