Residential nursing care operator Sarocare has acquired Falcon House Care, a residential care home for the elderly in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.

Falcon House operates from a substantial detached period property and is registered for 29 residents. It has 27 en suite bedrooms and one twin bedroom and is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission.

The home has been under the same ownership for almost 35 years with the owner wishing to retire. There is potential to expand, with planning permission approved for additional rooms.

Healthcare business broker Redwoods Dowling Kerr facilitated the sale.
