Hallmark Luxury Care Homes has acquired Penylan House, 75-bed residential and nursing home in Cardiff, from Linc Cymru Housing Association.

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes managing director Aneurin Brown said: “We are delighted that Penylan House has joined the Hallmark family of homes, and we will be expanding our geographical presence in Wales.

Business property advisor Christie & Co managed the sale, which was for an undisclosed sum. 

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes provides residential, nursing and dementia care to 1,500 residents across 23 locations in England and Wales.
