Voyage Care acquires Cristal Care and Newfound Care services
Wren House-backed Voyage Care has acquired KDL Investments, comprising Cristal Care and Newfound Care.
The services acquired include seven registered care homes and one supported living location, which together have capacity to support 64 people across South Yorkshire and Humberside.
Voyage Care’s interim chief executive Jayne Davey said: “This is an important next step in achieving our sustainable growth strategy and we look forward to empowering our new colleagues to continue to deliver great care and support, in line with our values and purpose.”
