Chicago-based RLDatix, a governance, risk and compliance and human capital management company for the healthcare sector has acquired West London-headquartered Quality Compliance Systems (QCS), which provides software-as-a-service compliance software for the social care and primary care sectors.

The transaction is pending final approvals which will be completed in the coming weeks.
