Zephyr X acquires site for Hampshire senior living development
Property developer Zephyr X has purchased and commenced groundworks for a senior living development in Bishop’s Waltham, Hampshire, featuring 66 en suite bedrooms, spacious communal lounges, dining areas and secure gardens.
In partnership with builder Beechcroft, the site will also feature 19 two-, three-, and four-bedroom houses, creating a senior living community that caters to independent and assisted-living needs.
Zephyr X’s founder Adam Faulkner said: “Zephyr X’s vision is to create a nurturing space where residents can truly feel at home. This new care home reflects our commitment to elevating senior care standards and creating an environment that combines first-rate facilities with the warmth of a community. We’re thrilled to bring this project to life in Bishop’s Waltham.”
Samantha Crawley, chief executive of Bracebridge, commented: “This project is both timely and essential. With a significant undersupply of market-standard beds in the area, Zephyr X’s development fills a critical gap. The facility, combined with Beechcroft’s senior housing, will create a well-rounded community offering vital resources to Hampshire’s senior residents.”
Law firm Bevan Brittan advised Zephyr X on the acquisition.
