Zephyr X acquires Kidderminster care home site
Property developer Zephyr X has acquired a site for a new senior living development in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
The home will feature 80 en suite bedrooms, spacious communal lounges, dining areas and secure outdoor gardens.
Bracebridge Care Group will operate the care home. The company’s chief executive Samantha Crawley said: “This development is crucial for the local community, addressing the lack of market-standard care beds in the area. This project will create a well-rounded community that supports the needs of senior residents.”
David Choules, projects director at Zephyr X, commented: “We are excited to bring this much-needed senior care home to Kidderminster. Our vision is to create a tranquil, home-like environment where residents feel cared for and comfortable. This project reflects our commitment to raising the bar for senior care and providing a community where people can truly thrive.”
Zephyr X was advised on the acquisition by law firm Bevan Brittan.
