We Care Group partners with tech firms to improve outcomes

We Care Group is partnering with two tech companies to improve the standard of care for residents.

The care provider is partnering with healthcare technology organisation Arquella to streamline administrative and operational processes. It is also introducing Person Centred Software‘s Oomph! platform into its care homes in the north of England.

Arquella’s systems include advanced nurse call solutions, electronic care planning, and real-time monitoring, ensuring that caregivers receive timely alerts and updates to respond promptly to residents’ needs.

We Care Group aims to use the technology to reduce the time spent on manual paperwork and administrative tasks, ensuring that caregivers can respond more efficiently to residents’ needs.

“Arquella’s technology is cutting-edge and integrates seamlessly with our existing digital care home management system, CareVision,” said Bernie Suresparan, We Care Group chief executive officer. “This integration is crucial for us as it ensures a smooth transition and efficient use of these tools without disrupting our caregiver colleagues’ workflow.”

We Care Group will be using Oomph! to support its teams in creating and implementing personalised wellbeing programs. The software includes features such as activity planning, progress tracking, and outcome measurement, and allows staff to share best practices and innovative ideas.

Sam Jacob, We Care Group’s commercial director, said: “Partnering with Person Centred Software and integrating ‘Oomph’ into our care homes is a testament to our dedication to improving resident experience and wellbeing. We believe that by empowering our staff with the best tools and resources, we can create an environment where our residents thrive physically, mentally, and socially.”
