Home care reviews site homecare.co.uk has unveiled the top 20 home care agencies across the UK.

The awards consider a range of criteria including the quality of care, staff, management, as well as value for money. Agencies are not ranked within the top 20, which have been selected based on over 12,500 reviews written by those receiving the care and their family and friends in the past year.

Amanda Hopkins, reviews manager of homecare.co.uk, said: “The awards not only help people find good quality homecare, by simplifying the very onerous task of sifting through and choosing the right agency, but they are also a celebration of the enormous contribution of home care workers across the country.”

Homecare.co.uk also lists the 20 top-rated home care providers in each region of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. Home Instead UK appears the most often on the regional lists, with 40 mentions, as well as being listed in the top 20 large and mid-sized home care group.
