The Healthcare Management Trust (HMT) has acquired St Quentin Care Homes.

St Quentin’s is made up of three care homes located on the same site location in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, comprising: St Quentin with 19 single bedrooms; The Hawthorns with 31 single rooms and two double rooms; and Langley house, a new younger adults care home which has 22 wet room en suite bedrooms with sky tracking, sensory room and rehabilitation facilities.

St Quentin Care Homes joins HMT’s three other care homes and two private acute hospitals.

HMT’s chief executive Dr Nichola Stefanou said: “This acquisition represents a wonderful opportunity for us to integrate St Quentin Care Homes into the HMT fold. We are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of care that St Quentin is known for, while also fostering further innovation and providing the resources necessary to enhance the wellbeing of the people in our care. Our priority now is to ensure a smooth transition for the residents, their families, and the dedicated staff who care for them.”
