Krishnakaran Krishnabala has purchased Park Lodge care home in Carshalton, South London, an eight-bedroom home that occupies a detached two-storey property. He plans to rename the home ‘Amethyst Care Home’.

Krishnabala’s family operates two other care homes in the area.

Park Lodge has been owned by Kreshna and Pakion Munsami and Ashvin Goodoree since 2012.

Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale.

Park Lodge was sold for an undisclosed price.
