Shaw healthcare acquires two care homes
Cardiff-based Shaw healthcare has acquired two care homes in South Wales from specialist care charity Leonard Cheshire.
Danybryn is a 31-bed home in Radyr, Cardiff and Ty Cwm is a 20-bed home in Carmarthen, also the location of 10 residents receiving care in extra-care accommodation. The homes employ 190 staff in total.
Shaw healthcare delivers a range of care services, including elderly residential, nursing, dementia, and complex care across the UK, employing more than 3,000 people.
Leonard Cheshire provides a range of services, including care at home, supported living, and residential care.
