Sanders Senior Living launches refurbished luxury care home

Sanders Senior Living, part of the Runwood Homes Group has officially opened a refurbished luxury care home in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
The grand opening of Chalkwell Grange was attended by mayor councillor Kevin Robinson, Anna Firth MP, local residents and family members.
Vikki Richardson, home manager at Chalkwell Grange, said: “It was such a pleasure to welcome members of the local community to our lovely home for the grand opening. We invite the local community to be part of the Chalkwell Grange difference. We run clubs and activity groups, and welcome those who would wish to join us for these – it’s incredibly important for our residents to feel part of our community; a community where friendships flourish and thrive.”
The home, which was formerly operated by Larchwood Care, had an injection of funds for its refurbishment after its acquisition by Sanders Senior Living.
Facilities include 47 en-suite rooms, a plush cinema room, serene hairdressing salon, bistro café and luxurious lounges.
Chalkwell Grange is the fifth residential care home in the Sanders Senior Living portfolio.
Sanders Senior Living was launched by Runwood Homes owner Gordon Sanders and his family in November 2019.
