Sandbourne House purchases two Hampshire homes
Specialist care home provider Sandbourne House has acquired two Hampshire care homes from Auckland Care Holdings.
Seventrees in Fawley is registered for eight people with learning disabilities. It occupies a detached two-storey dwelling offering all-single bedrooms, plenty of day space, and a large secure rear garden.
Webber House in Park Gate is a supported living setting for nine residents offering 11 single bedrooms and a rear garden, good day space, and a passenger lift.
Trinity Munowenyu, managing director of Auckland Care Holdings, said: “These are two very good homes with lovely residents and great staff, and it has been a pleasure owning and operating these homes.”
A spokesperson for Sandbourne House commented: “The purchase of these two businesses shows our commitment to the specialist care sector and they are a great addition to our company. We look forward to getting to know the residents, their families and staff and working to better the lives of those we look after.”
Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale.
Seventrees and Webber House were sold for an undisclosed price.
