Specialist care home provider Sandbourne House has acquired two Hampshire care homes from Auckland Care Holdings.

Seventrees in Fawley is registered for eight people with learning disabilities. It occupies a detached two-storey dwelling offering all-single bedrooms, plenty of day space, and a large secure rear garden.

Webber House in Park Gate is a supported living setting for nine residents offering 11 single bedrooms and a rear garden, good day space, and a passenger lift.

Trinity Munowenyu, managing director of Auckland Care Holdings, said: “These are two very good homes with lovely residents and great staff, and it has been a pleasure owning and operating these homes.”

A spokesperson for Sandbourne House commented: “The purchase of these two businesses shows our commitment to the specialist care sector and they are a great addition to our company. Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale.

Seventrees and Webber House were sold for an undisclosed price.
