RMD Care has acquired Bentley Lodge Nursing Home in Bentley, Hampshire, which comprises 56 single bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, a recent extension, three large lounges and a dining area with gardens to the rear and side.

RMD Care owns Westlands Care Home in nearby Four Marks and other care homes in the Home Counties.

RMD Care director Abbas Merali said: “We are delighted to have purchased Bentley Lodge Nursing Home and look forward to working with the excellent team of staff, residents and their families to providing the highest standard of care in a homely environment. This is a lovely home in the heart of Bentley, and we were attracted to the home in part due to its brilliant setting. We also operate Westlands Care Home nearby and look forward to bringing our local insight and years of experience as operators to Bentley Lodge.”

Business property advisor Christie & Co facilitated the sale.

 Bentley Lodge Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
