Person Centred Software acquires social care platform
Guildford-headquartered digital care planning system Person Centred Software has acquired ResHub, a platform that helps care workers with planning, wellness and activities, medication management and care home operations.
Dublin-based ResHub was founded by Sean McLoughlin and Neil Hosey in 2020 and has customers in the UK, US and Australia.
Johan Jardevall, chief executive at Person Centred Software said: “At Person Centred Software, our core focus is to improve the life of residents in care through the software we provide care organisations with. ResHub is delivering products that directly impact the wellbeing of the person in care and their loved ones. We are very excited to introduce these products to our customers and are confident most care organisations will see the benefits immediately.
McLoughlin, chief executive at ResHub commented: “As soon as we met with the team at PCS, we knew that we had a shared vision to elevate the daily experience for residents through a connected platform. Neil and I are extremely excited that ResHub can continue to grow our international customer base, drive innovation within the social care industry and realise our vision alongside the great team at PCS.
Person Centred Software stated that integration between ResHub’s products and its own product set is planned and will be delivered over the course of the next couple of months adding that: “As there was overlap between the road maps for ResHub and other PCS products, the delivery of those improvements will now be accelerated”.
