Paul Birley

Paul Birley, head of public sector and healthcare at Barclays Bank, has announced his retirement.

Having spent 37 years with Barclays, Paul lead the bank’s healthcare initiative from 2001 and latterly was head of the bank’s public sector team.

As head of healthcare, Paul circulated widely in the sector, championing the drive to quality provision and the increased use of technology to improve care delivery. ')}
