Pathfinder Healthcare Group celebrates four Good ratings
Specialist provider Pathfinder Healthcare Group has received four Good ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Pathfinder Healthcare Group provides high-dependency residential care and support in the community for people with mental health needs and learning disabilities. It was founded by consultant clinical forensic psychologist Dr Adam Huxley and medical doctor Dr Andres Fonseca to improve the quality of care and outcomes for people with complex needs.
Services include London-based Ashness House, which provides high-dependency and longer-term dependency care for men with mental health needs; step-down residential care homes Ashness View and Ashness Lodge; and care at home service Ashness Domiciliary Care.
Lewys Savill, operations director said: “We are delighted to receive a Good rating across all of our services by the CQC. Our staff work hard to make the lives of the people we support fulfilling and support them to build the skills and confidence to live in the community with minimal support.”
In the most recent inspection of Ashness Domiciliary Services, published on 12 January 2024, the CQC noted that: “People have maximum choice and control over their lives.”
