RWK Goodman announced the completion of the sale of Essential Healthcare Solutions, the operator of The Shrubbery, a residential care home in Codsall, Wolverhampton.

The Shrubbery has a CQC rating of ‘good’ and 24 bedrooms equipped with en-suite facilities. Representing the sellers, Pam Sahota and Ian Morris, RWK Goodman’s health and social care team, handled the deal.

The RWK Goodman team was led by Yasmine Qasim, working with Hazel Phillips, Alicia Chown and Abbey Chiswell.
