Only Care has purchased a consented care home development site in Aylesbury from a care home and property investment company.

The proposed home consists of 85 beds with full en suite wet room provision, arranged over three storeys situated on a1.42 acres of site in Weston Turville, Aylesbury. It will offer a number of communal spaces including a cinema, gym, private dining room and salon.

The home will form part of a wider mixed-use Taylor Wimpey scheme comprising more than 300 new residential homes.

Rishi Dhamecha, managing director of Only Care, said: “We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of the site in Weston Turville and look forward to constructing and opening the luxury care home to serve the wider Aylesbury community.”

Property consultant Knight Frank advised on the sale.
