OneTouch acquires Australian care platform
August Equity-backed OneTouch, a provider of home care management software in the UK and Ireland, has acquired AutumnCare, an Australia-based residential aged care software platform.
OneTouch functionality including rostering, care plans, time and attendance, billing, HR management, incident record-keeping, assessments and family engagement.
Shortly after the August Equity investment in September last year, OneTouch acquired Tri.X, a which provides online adults’ and children’s social care policies and procedures.
Launched in 2005, AutumnCare provides products for the day-to-day running of care homes across the East and West coast of Australia.
