Specialist healthcare business broker NGA Care has sold Red Oaks Community Care on behalf of Red Homes Healthcare Group following a confidential marketing process to an experienced regional operator.

Red Oaks is a purpose-built care home that provides residential care for the elderly for up to 40 residents near Mansfield, north Nottinghamshire and is rated Requires Improvement by the CQC.
