More new leadership blood at Lovell Later Living
Lovell Later Living (LLL) has appointed Teresa Snaith as customer experience director as part of an ongoing restructure.
Formerly head of development at Home Group, Snaith has over 30 years’ experience in the specialist housing industry. She will oversee sales, design, quality control and customer relations
Her appointment follows an internal restructure led by MD Paula Broadbent following her joining the business in April of this year. “A swift reconfiguration of the team has been implemented to align and refocus operations with the business’ newly defined strategy and objectives,” said the company in statement.
Snaith will join regional commercial director Neil Hicklin, formerly commercial director at Lovell Major Projects, and David Lane land and partnership director, formerly operations director at Morgan Sindall Later Living to form the senior leadership team along with Broadbent.
Commenting on the appointment, Broadbent said: “We are thrilled to welcome Teresa to the Later Living team. She has an outstanding track record, knowledge and expertise in the design and development of specialist housing with care which, coupled with the valuable insight she brings from the Registered Provider and working in partnership with local authorities will undoubtedly help us to shape and develop Later Living solutions across the country, which meet customer need and accelerates delivery to meet the growing demand.”
