Kingsley Home Care has marked the official opening of its new town centre office in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Cutting the ribbon to open the office, Mayor Cllr Sonia Barker praised “this important investment In our town”.

Kingsley Healthcare chief executive Daya Thayan said the opening of Kingsley Home Care’s town centre office marked a significant moment for the company as it entered Its 25th anniversary year.

“We started Kingsley in 1999 and Lowestoft was the place we bought our first care home,” Thayan said. “Our company has since grown to become a national care provider but we built our head office in Lowestoft and the town remains close to our heart.”

Kingsley Home Care chief operating officer Georgina Johnston said: “Kingsley Healthcare has been a highly trusted care home provider for over two decades and that reputation gave our customers a lot of reassurance straightaway when we launched Kingsley Home Care two years ago.

“We started up in Diss and surrounding areas of South Norfolk and rolled out our services to Lowestoft, Gorleston and Beccles 12 months ago. It’s great that this new office now gives Kingsley a presence on the high street.

“I am confident that with our flexible services, offering personal care, domestic services or simply companionship in your own home, Kingsley Home Care will go from strength to strength with a team of lovely carers behind us.”

Kingsley Home Care business development manager Dan Wellings said: “With Kingsley’s trusted reputation, our vision is to expand home care with new branches throughout the region and, eventually, across the UK.”
